Our team makes sure you update your SaaS software without interruption with these safe guards in place:

  • We only recommend updates that we have tested to ensure your control operating system still functions as it should.
  • We are available in case something happens to revert back to the Windows version that properly runs your system.
  • In order to update, we need to do a system reboot and we want to make sure that happens at the optimal time for your operation.

Read the Update Instructions below and click the “Schedule Your Update” button to pick a date and time that works for you in our scheduling calendar!

To limit operation disruption, we made it easy for you to choose a time for your update. Here’s what you need to know:

  • The update process for each PC will take approximately 1 hour.
  • This does not include configuration of new features.
  • You will not have access to the software during the update.
  • Please ensure that all your files are saved and closed before your scheduled update time.

Support: If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help. You can reach out to us at 1-844-4PRISM4 (+1 844-477-4764).

Feedback: Your feedback is valuable to us. After the update, we would appreciate if you could share your thoughts or report any issues. This will help us continue to improve and cater to your needs.

Thank you for your continued support and trust in our software. Your success is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best experience possible.
